So you've written a book and you want to publish it. Congratulations! We would love to publish your work, but before you send it to us, there are a few questions we would like answered:

• Are you over 21 years of age? We do not accept submissions from anyone under 21 currently
• Has your manuscript been professionally edited? If so, by whom? (Please provide us with a name)
• What genre is your work? At the moment, the Perera Hussein Publishing House is not accepting works of poetry, or religious works, but all other genres are welcome.
• If your work incites violence or hatred, or is plagiarized we will not accept it.
• What age group is your book intended for?
• If your book requires illustrations, please find an illustrator before sending your query to us

Please do pass round your manuscript to as many of your friends and family as possible, for feedback, and to make sure your manuscript is the best it could be.
