B. Skanthakumar received an LLB (Hons.) and LLM from the School of Oritental and African Studies from the University of London. A member of the Social Scientists’ Association (SSA) in Sri Lanka. He has published on plantation communities; the political economy of development; labour relations; and the Left movement.
