• We will send you a free replacement for any package that is lost in transit as soon as the Post Office or Courier company notifies us that your package has not been delivered to you.
• If your package has been damaged in transit please email photos of the original packaging and damaged book(s) to us for a free replacement.
• If your book has a torn cover or torn inner pages or pages that have been bound out of sequence or upside down, please send us photos of the relevant pages for a free replacement.
• Sadly, there will be no refund or replacement for a book you didn’t enjoy reading.
